just okay, really
cramped room stiff pillows
the location was decent, near some food options.
The room felt cramped, definitely smaller than expected. the air conditioning barely worked. It was stuffy even after i reported it. the pillows were too firm, and i woke up with a stiff neck each morning.

The location was excellent, with easy access to public transport, food, and a convenience store. the hotel room was clean. the receptionist was very polite and helpful. i also found the water dispenser on each floor quite useful. It saved me from buying bottled water.
the ac did not work ! someone was sent to fix it but it never worked. the pillows were not comfortable. the train station was slightly far away.

helpful staff great bed
the staff were helpful. the beds were great. i ate breakfast in the hotel and i enjoyed the meals. luxurious white towels are a plus.
pillows were too big and nothing smaller was available. i wish there were options for smaller pillows.

I found the bed to be too hard and uncomfortable. There was no complimentary water in the room. I also didn't like the hotel keeping a deposit for up to two weeks after I paid upfront weeks before arriving.
